Too often, people spend their final days in places that don’t reflect their values — overstretched hospitals, homes that leave families carrying trauma, or institutions that do not support Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD).

We are creating Australia’s first integrated hospice, where palliative care and VAD exist side by side. A sanctuary of choice, compassion, and care — where every person can die with dignity, free from judgment, and supported in body, heart, and spirit.

Dedicate House will transform end-of-life care in Australia. By integrating VAD into hospice care for the first time, we will:

• Reduce suffering and restore dignity at life’s end
• Support families with compassion and relief from trauma
• Inspire national change in how we approach death and dying

Because how we care for people in their final chapter reflects the depth of our humanity.
